Registered Nurse – Operating Room (Pediatric Circulator)

Location

Memphis, TN

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | 5x8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday, 6:45 AM–3:15 PM with call rotation

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the circulating RN in a pediatric operating room environment
• Provide pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care in accordance with facility protocols
• Participate in an on-call rotation as part of the late call team
• Float to like units or campuses within the health system as needed
• Maintain compliance with all facility credentialing, documentation, and patient care standards

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in Tennessee or a valid compact RN license in compliance with NLC guidelines — required at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of recent OR experience with at least one prior travel assignment completed, or 3 years of OR experience without prior travel
• Pediatric OR experience required
• Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility (strictly enforced)
• Willingness to work call shifts and, if applicable, required holidays during the assignment period

Preferred Experience / Skills

• BSN degree preferred
• Experience with EPIC electronic health records
• 3 or more years of OR experience
