Contract | Days | Onsite | Shift options include 12-hour and 8-hour shifts; day and afternoon start times available

Key Responsibilities

• Independently circulate across a high-volume OR environment averaging 80–120 cases per day across 33 operating suites
• Support a full range of surgical service lines including Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, ENT, Ophthalmology, Bariatrics, and Surgical Oncology
• Participate in 24/7 Level I Trauma Center poly-trauma response as required
• Take scheduled standby call, with a requirement of approximately 20–30 hours of standby call per 4-week period and a 30-minute call response time
• Work a combination of weekday and weekend shifts, including 12-hour weekend blocks
• Float between two OR areas based on experience and unit need

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current BLS certification (required)
• Ability to circulate independently in the OR
• Willingness and availability to take call as scheduled, including weeknights and weekends
• Proficiency or ability to quickly learn EPIC OP-Time EMR

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with ambulatory or outpatient surgical cases
• Familiarity with Xi Robotic-assisted surgical procedures (Surgical Oncology, Urology, or GYN)
• Experience with advanced OR equipment including Bovie machines, Neptune suction, drill consoles, Ligasure, and Argon Beam
