Contract | Rotating Shifts | Days and Evenings | On-Call Required
Key Responsibilities
Perform circulating duties in the operating room across day and evening shifts
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule, including one weeknight call per week and every fifth weekend
Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and quality care throughout perioperative procedures
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to facility protocols and standards of care
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Vermont or compact eligibility
Operating room / circulating experience required
Ability to participate in on-call rotation (one weeknight per week and every fifth weekend)
Flexibility to work either a 4x10-hour shift schedule (7:00 AM–5:30 PM or 8:00 AM–6:30 PM) or a 5x8-hour shift schedule (7:00 AM–3:30 PM, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, or 10:00 AM–6:30 PM)
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience with a broad range of surgical specialties
Strong communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced surgical environment
Familiarity with perioperative documentation systems
