Perform scrub and circulator duties in a high-volume Main OR setting at a Level 1 Trauma Center
Support a diverse patient mix including orthopedic trauma and spine, neuro/craniotomy, robotic surgery, bariatric procedures, and laparoscopic and open GYN and general surgery cases
Operate and assist with robotic surgical platforms including Xi, SP, and DaVinci systems
Provide strong trauma nursing skills across both benign and oncologic surgical cases
Fulfill on-call requirements of approximately 8–12 hours per month
Document patient care accurately using the EPIC electronic health records system
Required Qualifications
Active New Jersey RN license or valid Compact license required at time of submission
Minimum of 3 years of Operating Room experience
Scrub experience required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at time of submission
Ability to float within skillset as needed based on census and patient acuity
Must be available to work 2 of 3 major holidays
Preferred Experience / Skills
CNOR certification preferred
Prior travel nursing experience preferred
Scrub and circulator experience in neuro/craniotomy cases highly preferred
