Registered Nurse – Operating Room (36hr Eve/Night Rotator)

Contract | 36 hours per week | 3x12-hour shifts | Evening/Night Rotation

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within the Operating Room setting across evening and night shift rotations
• Assist surgical teams throughout pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative phases of care
• Maintain a safe and sterile surgical environment in accordance with established protocols
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary surgical team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient care activities accurately and in compliance with facility and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Massachusetts
• Current BLS certification
• Experience working in an Operating Room or surgical setting
• Ability to work 12-hour evening and night shift rotations

Preferred Experience / Skills

• CNOR certification or active pursuit of certification
• Experience with a variety of surgical specialties
• Prior contract or travel nursing experience
