Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Operating Room environment across a multi-campus hospital system
- Assist surgical teams with a broad range of procedures including orthopedic, cardiac, vascular, bariatric, and robotic surgeries
- Prepare and maintain the sterile surgical field in accordance with established protocols and safety standards
- Monitor and assess patient condition before, during, and after surgical procedures
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room nursing experience
- Current BLS certification (and any additional certifications required for OR practice)
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts in a high-volume surgical setting
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience in a Level I Trauma Center or large acute care hospital environment
- Familiarity with robotic-assisted surgical systems and advanced surgical technologies
- Prior travel nursing experience
