Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (9:00 AM – 9:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Operating Room setting within a short-term acute care facility
• Utilize EPIC for clinical documentation and charting
• Participate in holiday coverage, with an expectation to work 3 of the following 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
• Float between sister facilities nearby the contracted facility as needed
• Complete required orientation modules prior to and during the start of the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license — compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of Operating Room experience required
• Must submit 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years (references may include Charge RNs or Leads)
• Must commit to all requested time off and scheduling preferences being submitted upfront at time of submission — post-offer RTO requests may not be considered
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible (locals may be considered at an adjusted rate)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a high-volume acute care OR environment
• Familiarity with EPIC electronic health records system
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to floating assignments across multiple care settings
