Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN Circulator)

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | Shift: 6:15 AM – 5:15 PM
Key Responsibilities- Perform circulating nurse duties in a main operating room environment
- Coordinate and manage patient care activities throughout the perioperative process
- Ensure a safe and sterile surgical environment in compliance with established protocols
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical technologists during procedures
- Document patient care and surgical activities accurately in accordance with facility standards
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oregon or a compact state license
- Current BLS certification
- Prior experience as a circulating nurse in a main OR setting
- Strong knowledge of perioperative nursing standards and surgical procedures
Preferred Experience / Skills- CNOR certification preferred
- Experience with a broad range of surgical specialties
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
