Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct perioperative nursing care in a high-volume Operating Room environment with a 1:1 patient ratio
• Support a broad range of surgical procedures including general, cardiovascular, orthopedic, neurosurgery, robotics, trauma, and more
• Accurately document patient care and clinical information using the Meditech documentation system
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by the department
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary surgical team in a designated trauma center setting

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Kansas or compact state eligibility
• Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room nursing experience
• Ability to work a set schedule including call shifts as assigned
• Proficiency or ability to quickly adapt to the Meditech documentation system

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior surgical or procedural nursing experience across multiple service lines
• Experience in a trauma center or high-acuity hospital environment
• Familiarity with robotic-assisted surgical procedures
