Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct perioperative nursing care in a 10-bed Operating Room at a 1:1 patient ratio
• Assist with open, laparoscopic, and robotic general surgical cases including appendectomies, cholecystectomies, and bariatric procedures
• Support robotic and trauma orthopedic procedures including total knee and hip replacements
• Participate in laparoscopic and robotic gynecological procedures such as hysterectomies, tubal ligations, and emergent interventions
• Utilize multi-specialty equipment and document care using Meditech EMR (transitioning to Expanse)
• Fulfill on-call requirements, including weekly on-call and one weekend per month

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room experience
• Demonstrated experience in orthopedics, general surgery, urology, and gynecology
• Ability to work day shift hours and fulfill on-call obligations

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in ENT and non-cardiac vascular surgical procedures
• Pediatric surgical experience
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
