Travel RN – Operating Room (Circulator/Scrub)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Days, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Rotating) | Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Perform OR circulating duties across a broad range of surgical services including Orthopedics, GYN, General Surgery, Vascular, Neurosurgery, ENT, and Robotics (adult and pediatric populations)
• Scrub experience is required — candidate must be proficient in both circulating and scrubbing roles
• Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio within a 12-suite OR environment, collaborating with surgical techs, orderlies, and other OR staff
• Document patient care accurately using the Meditech electronic documentation system
• Participate in on-call rotation, including weekday and weekend call as scheduled
• Deliver patient-focused, compassionate care in alignment with OR policies and patient experience standards

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license valid in the state of Florida (or compact license eligibility)
• Minimum 2 years of OR circulating experience required
• Scrub experience is required in addition to circulating experience
• Experience across multiple surgical service lines (excluding transplant, cardiac, and ophthalmology)
• Ability to fulfill on-call requirements on both weekdays and weekends

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Familiarity with Meditech documentation system
• Experience working in a high-volume, multi-suite OR environment
• Comfort working alongside robotic surgical platforms
• Previous travel nursing experience in an OR setting
