Contract | Days | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (5x8-hour shifts) | No weekends | No call

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Operating Room setting with potential float coverage to the Short Procedure Unit, Pain Center, and PACU
• Manage patient care in procedure rooms and office rooms within the Pain Center environment
• Maintain patient ratios of 1:4 in Pre/Post settings and 1:2 in Procedure Room settings
• Perform moderate sedation procedures and support GI and OR procedural cases
• Deliver Pre- and Post-operative nursing care in an outpatient surgery environment
• Complete required orientation modules and facility compliance requirements within designated timeframes

Required Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania RN license or valid Compact RN license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Minimum of 3 years of registered nursing experience
• Procedural experience required (GI, OR, and/or Moderate Sedation)
• Pre/Post-operative experience required
• PA Fingerprints (Childline) required — must be completed within 1 week of contract signing
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 2–3 years of OR-specific RN experience strongly preferred
• Prior experience in an outpatient surgery center setting
• Familiarity with PACU and Short Procedure Unit workflows
