    Operating Room Registered Nurse

    Location

    Philadelphia, PA

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts | Friday, Saturday, Sunday 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide perioperative nursing care in a general OR and Level II Trauma Center environment
    • Scrub for vascular, orthopedic, urology, neurology, and trauma surgical procedures
    • Support advanced vascular procedures including AAA repair, carotid endarterectomy, and femoral-popliteal bypass grafting
    • Assist with orthopedic and podiatric procedures including total joint replacement, spine surgery, ORIF, and bunionectomy
    • Participate in robotic-assisted surgeries across specialties including urology, colorectal, GYN, and orthopedics
    • Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic health records
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Pennsylvania Single State or Compact RN license required at time of submission
    • Minimum 2 years of Operating Room RN experience
    • Current BLS certification required
    • NIHSS certification required
    • Trauma certification required (TNCC or Trauma Course certificate of completion)
    • PA Fingerprinting (Childline) required prior to start
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Hands-on scrub experience in vascular, orthopedic/podiatry, and robotic-assisted (urology) procedures
    • Familiarity with hybrid endovascular suite environments
    • Experience with urology procedures including cystoscopy, nephrectomy, prostatectomy, and TURP
