Key Responsibilities

• Circulate and/or scrub in a high-volume General OR environment handling approximately 30 cases per day across a variety of surgical specialties including general, ortho, robotics, plastics, trauma, spine, urology, GYN, ENT, neonatal, and high-risk C-sections
• Maintain strict sterile field technique throughout all procedures — sterile field competency is assessed on Day 1 via a pass/fail SIMs Lab evaluation
• Participate in on-call rotation, including one call shift per week and one weekend per month as needed
• Rotate weekend coverage with staff and respond to urgent and trauma cases as part of a collaborative OR team
• Operate within EMR systems Cerner and Surginet
• May float to additional campuses or to Lithotripsy if qualified

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license with current OR experience
• Robotics experience required
• Level I Trauma experience required
• Trauma, ortho trauma, and general surgery experience required
• BLS certification required
• Demonstrated competency in sterile field technique and Foley catheter insertion (assessed via pass/fail SIMs Lab on Day 1 of orientation)
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible; driver's license is used as source of truth

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Scrub RN experience is a strong plus
• Familiarity with Lithotripsy procedures
• Experience working in high-volume, multi-specialty OR settings
