Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Wednesday–Friday, 11:00 AM–11:00 PM | On-call required (approximately 5–6 call shifts per month; call hours: 11:00 PM–7:00 AM Monday–Thursday or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM Sunday)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a high-volume Operating Room with a 1:1 patient ratio
• Perform scrub and/or circulating duties across a range of surgical specialties including Neuro/Spine, Orthopedic (trauma, total joint, revisions), Robotics (GYN, colorectal, thoracic, urology), Plastics, and Level 1 Trauma
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary OR team including charge nurses, coordinators, CSTs, anesthesia techs, and OR assistants
• Utilize Meditech EMR for documentation and patient records
• Participate in on-call rotation as required; department is staffed 24/7

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of Operating Room experience
• Demonstrated experience in Orthopedics
• Demonstrated experience in Neuro/Spine
• Demonstrated experience in Robotics
• Demonstrated experience in Plastics and Trauma

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Meditech EMR
• Familiarity with Level 1 Trauma protocols
• Experience in a large, high-acuity OR environment (23 OR beds, 85+ staff)
