Charge Nurse / Registered Nurse – Operating Room

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | Four 10-hour shifts per week with rotational call
Key Responsibilities- Perform circulating nurse duties within the Operating Room setting
- Support surgical procedures with a focus on orthopedic, neurological, and podiatric specialties
- Maintain patient safety and quality care standards throughout perioperative phases
- Participate in rotational on-call assignments as required by the department
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Strong Operating Room skill set, particularly in ortho, neuro, and podiatry procedures
- Experience in the circulator role within a surgical environment
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) certifications required (RQI not accepted)
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience as a Charge Nurse in an Operating Room environment
- Familiarity with a high-volume or acute care surgical setting
