Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days/Evenings Rotating with Every-Other-Weekend Rotation | 40 Hours per Week | On-Call Required

• Provide direct perioperative nursing care in a Level III Trauma Operating Room serving pediatric, adult, and geriatric patient populations
• Circulate independently across multiple surgical specialties, maintaining a 1:1 clinician-to-patient ratio
• Apply basic and advanced aseptic technique throughout all surgical procedures
• Utilize and support robotic surgical systems including Mako and DaVinci platforms
• Document patient care accurately using the EPIC electronic medical records system
• Fulfill on-call obligations including weekday, weekend, and holiday call shifts per the 4-week schedule

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum 2 years of OR nursing experience in a single facility setting
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a travel nurse
• Demonstrated competence in independent circulating and multispecialty OR environments
• Ability to rotate to evening shifts (1:00 PM – 11:30 PM) and weekends per the 4-week schedule, and fulfill on-call requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) certification
• Scrub technician experience in the OR setting
