Key Responsibilities
As an Operating Room Registered Nurse, you will:

Provide direct perioperative nursing care to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures
Assist surgeons and surgical teams during operative procedures
Ensure sterile technique and maintain a safe operating room environment
Monitor patient status throughout the perioperative process
Manage surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies
Collaborate with interdisciplinary surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Document all perioperative care accurately and timely

Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
Active RN license in the state of Maryland (or eligibility to obtain)
BLS certification required (ACLS preferred)
Previous operating room or perioperative experience required
Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and teamwork skills
