Contract | Days | Full-Time | 5x8-Hour Shifts (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Scrub and circulate for a variety of surgical procedures including Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery, Craniotomy, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Plastic Surgery, Dental Surgery, and combined Neurosurgery procedures
• Assist with open and endoscopic surgical cases as well as free flap reconstructive procedures
• Support robotic-assisted surgical cases including Da Vinci Xi procedures
• Float to other affiliated facilities as needed within the required radius
• Maintain accurate and timely charting in Epic
• Adhere to all compliance, orientation, and module requirements as outlined by the facility

Required Qualifications

• Active California RN License (must be in hand prior to start)
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum 3 years of Operating Room experience
• Previous travel assignment experience required
• Ability to both scrub and circulate
• Teaching hospital experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Experience in liver transplant, kidney transplant, neurosurgery, spine, or vascular procedures
