Key Responsibilities

• Circulate across all surgical service lines within a 30-OR facility, including incoming trauma cases
• Provide 1:1 patient care in the operating room throughout the perioperative process
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including Surgical Techs, OR Care Techs, Anesthesia Techs, and Schedulers
• Utilize Epic for clinical documentation and patient records
• Adhere to unit-specific guidelines, dress code (navy scrubs, home laundered), and scheduling requirements including on-call availability

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room nursing experience
• Level I or Level II Trauma Center experience required
• Ability to circulate all surgical service lines, including trauma
• Proficiency with Epic documentation system

Preferred Experience / Skills

• CNOR certification preferred
• Experience in a high-volume, academic, or tertiary care facility
