Key Responsibilities- Provide skilled perioperative nursing care within a fast-paced operating room environment
- Assist with orthopedic and neurological surgical procedures
- Participate in rotating weekend and weekday on-call schedule (approximately every 4th–5th weekend and one weeknight per week)
- Maintain high performance standards in alignment with facility expectations throughout the duration of the contract
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Demonstrated operating room experience is required
- Orthopedic surgical experience required
- Neurological OR experience required (Level 1 or Level 2 facility experience)
- Ability to participate in on-call rotations including weekends and weeknights
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience working in a high-acuity or trauma-level surgical environment
- Strong adaptability and ability to perform consistently under performance review standards
