Key Responsibilities- Deliver coordinated nursing care for individual patients or an assigned group of patients in accordance with established standards of care and the nursing process
- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
- Coordinate patient care with other disciplines and departments
- Apply critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment in clinical decision-making
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor (AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS)
Preferred Experience / Skills- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
- Operating room or perioperative (PreOp) experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Acute care facility experience
