Contract | Days | Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care within a 4-OR surgery center environment serving both pediatric and adult patients
• Support a range of surgical specialties including general surgery, GU procedures, ENT, GYN, endoscopy, and colorectal procedures
• Manage and monitor patients across 4 acute beds and 12 advanced recovery beds
• Utilize EPIC EMR for accurate and timely documentation of patient care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary surgical teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active and clear New York State RN License
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room experience
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR
• Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility may be eligible for a local rate; please inquire for details

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience
• Experience working with both pediatric and adult surgical populations
• Familiarity with a high-volume, multi-specialty OR setting
