Perform circulating RN duties in a general operating room environment
Support surgical procedures including general surgery, GYN, and urology cases
Assist with robotic-assisted surgical procedures
Participate in on-call rotation, typically 4–5 weekday call shifts and 2–3 weekend call shifts per month (shifts may be 7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM on Saturday or Sunday); must be available to return to the hospital within 30 minutes of callback
Document patient care accurately using the facility's electronic medical records system (Cerner)
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Minimum of 2 years of OR nursing experience
Demonstrated circulating experience in the operating room
Proficiency with Cerner EMR
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience with robotic-assisted surgical procedures
Background in general surgery, GYN, and/or urology surgical specialties
Ability to adapt to fluctuating call schedules based on departmental staffing needs
