Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 5x8-Hour Shifts (7:00–15:30 and 11:00–19:30, alternating based on need)
Key Responsibilities
Perform OR circulating nurse duties across a range of surgical service lines including General, Orthopedic, Neurology, GYN, OB (C-Section), ENT, Plastics, Vascular, and Eyes
Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio throughout surgical procedures
Participate in on-call rotation, including one weeknight per week and one weekend every six weeks, with a 20-minute callback requirement
Alternate between AM and PM shift schedules based on departmental need
Chart and document patient care using Epic EMR
Required Qualifications
Valid Washington State RN license or active Compact RN license (required at time of submission)
Previous OR circulating experience required
Ability to adhere to on-call requirements, including a 20-minute callback response time
Travel nursing experience required
Must be available for scheduling across both AM and PM shift windows
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior OR charge nurse experience strongly preferred
Familiarity with Epic EMR charting system
Experience across multiple surgical service lines including Ortho, Neuro, and Vascular
