Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled perioperative nursing care within a trauma center operating room environment
- Assist surgical teams throughout all phases of the perioperative process including pre-op, intraop, and post-op
- Maintain patient safety and adhere to established surgical and sterile field protocols
- Participate in weekday and weekend on-call rotations as required
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Prior OR RN experience in a Level I or Level II Trauma Center
- Ability to fulfill weekday and weekend on-call requirements
Preferred Experience / Skills
- AORN certification or membership preferred
- Experience with flexible scheduling in a high-acuity surgical environment
