Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a high-volume Operating Room setting with a 1:1 patient ratio
• Perform and assist with a wide range of surgical procedures including orthopedics, GYN, urology, cardiothoracic, vascular, plastics, spine, neurology, and trauma
• Operate and support advanced surgical equipment and technology including TAVR, MAKO, and DaVinci robotic systems
• Document patient care accurately using the facility's electronic medical record system
• Communicate effectively with surgical staff and providers to ensure safe, coordinated patient care
• Participate in on-call rotation consisting of one weeknight per week and one weekend per month with a 30-minute response time

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of current acute care Operating Room RN experience in a hospital setting
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Ability to meet a 30-minute on-call response time requirement

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with DaVinci Robotic surgical systems
• Background in orthopedic, neurology, and/or vascular surgical specialties
• Prior experience with Meditech or CPN electronic medical record systems
