Key Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care within a 7-room operating room department at a Level III trauma referral center
• Support a broad range of surgical specialties including General, Robotic, Orthopedic, Orthopedic Trauma, Thoracic, Vascular, Hybrid, Urology, Ophthalmology, Bariatrics, Pain, and Podiatry
• Fulfill call requirements including a minimum of 1 weekday call shift per week and 1–2 weekend call days per month (Saturday or Sunday)
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and quality care throughout operative procedures

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio or compact licensure eligibility
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Prior experience as an Operating Room RN in a scrub and/or circulating role
• Ability to take call as required, including weekdays and weekends

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a trauma center or high-acuity surgical environment
• Familiarity with robotic-assisted surgical procedures
• Exposure to multiple surgical specialties such as vascular, thoracic, or orthopedic trauma
