Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (18:45–07:15) | Onsite | 13-Week Contract

• Perform both scrub and circulator roles across a high-volume, multi-room operating room environment
• Provide perioperative nursing care with a focus on neuro spine, ortho spine, vascular, and/or robotic surgical cases
• Operate within a 17-room OR suite managing approximately 45 cases
• Utilize facility systems including EPIC, PYXIS, and SBAR communication protocols
• Participate in unit staff meetings and maintain accurate communication board documentation

• Active RN license – NC state or Compact license required
• Minimum 2 years of recent, acute Operating Room experience (must not have been out of the acute OR setting for more than 6 months)
• Must be proficient in both scrub and circulator roles
• Strong experience in at least 2 of the following specialties: neuro spine, ortho spine, vascular, or robotics
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
• Must not be currently in or transitioning from a management role

• Prior travel nursing experience preferred
• Experience in 3 or more of the priority specialties: neuro/neuro spine, ortho/ortho spine, vascular, or robotics
• Familiarity with EPIC electronic health records system
• Additional OR specialty exposure in urology, oncology GYN, or general surgery

• No call requirement and no float requirement, allowing you to focus entirely on your assigned OR unit
• Scrubs provided on-site, with a structured orientation program of at least 36 hours to support your transition onto the unit
