Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate care has been delegated
• Support facility nursing leadership to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
• Maintain competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care
• Participate in OR call rotation, including weeknight and weekend call as scheduled

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Operating Room clinical experience required
• Must reside at least 250 miles from the facility to be eligible as a travel nurse

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a non-trauma hospital setting
• Familiarity with varied OR shift lengths including 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts
• Comfort with on-call responsibilities, including overnight and weekend rotations
