Schedule / Job TypeContract | 13-Week Assignment | Days | 36 Hours per Week | Monday through Thursday, Four 9-Hour Shifts (6:45 AM – 4:15 PM) + Call
Key Responsibilities- Perform circulating duties in the operating room, ensuring patient safety and procedural compliance throughout surgical cases
- Perform scrub duties, including instrument preparation, sterile field maintenance, and direct surgical support
- Provide specialized nursing care for orthopedic surgical patients pre-, intra-, and post-operatively
- Collaborate with the surgical team to coordinate efficient and safe OR workflow
- Participate in on-call responsibilities as required by the department schedule
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification — required
- Active Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification — required
- Strong orthopedic surgical experience is required
- Proficiency in both circulating and scrub roles
Preferred Experience / Skills- Minimum of 5 years of operating room nursing experience
- Prior travel nursing experience in a fast-paced surgical environment
