Key Responsibilities

• Scrub and circulate in a high-volume Operating Room environment across multiple surgical specialties
• Operate and assist with robotic surgical procedures using the Da Vinci Xi robot; familiarity with the DV5 Da Vinci robot is a plus
• Function independently across specialties including Robotics, Orthopedics, General, GYN, Urology, Bariatrics, ENT, Plastics, Vascular, Thoracic (excluding cardiac and open heart), and Trauma
• Fulfill on-call obligations within a 6-week matrix, with a 30-minute response time required
• Work weekend shifts as assigned within a 6-week matrix; weekends may fall on days, evenings, or nights
• Adhere to holiday coverage expectations, including working scheduled major holidays as required by the unit

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license with no license hits (hard stop); must meet state licensure requirements
• Minimum 3 years of Operating Room experience
• Level I Trauma experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Proficiency with the Da Vinci Xi robot — must be able to function independently with no need for refresher training
• AHA or ARC certifications only accepted
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible at the standard rate; candidates within 50 miles may be considered at a reduced rate

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Familiarity with the DV5 Da Vinci robotic system
• Experience with robotic general, GYN, thoracic, and urology specialties
• EPIC electronic health records experience strongly preferred
• Ability to scrub and circulate across all listed surgical specialties independently
