Med Ninjas is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Jacksonville, Florida.
Job Summary:
- Provide direct nursing care to patients throughout the surgical process.
- Assist with surgical procedures and help maintain a sterile environment.
- Monitor patient status and report any changes to the surgical team.
- Prepare and organize surgical rooms, equipment, and necessary supplies.
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and other healthcare staff.
- Adhere to hospital policies, infection-control standards, and patient safety protocols.
- Requires an active RN license, at least 2 years of recent OR experience, and current BLS certification.
- Must have strong knowledge of surgical procedures and sterile techniques.
- Ability to work three 12-hour day shifts per week is required.
Med Ninjas Job ID #15583. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
