Compensation & Schedule Details
Hours & Shift: Day shift (0645 – 1915, 3 x 12-hour shifts per week, totaling 36 hours per week). Target start date: October 19, 2026. Contract length: Standard 13 weeks.
Call Requirements: Weekend and holiday call only.
Radius Rule: Strict 50-mile radius rule—candidate's permanent address must be outside of a 50-mile radius from the facility.
Key Facility Policies & Unit Scope
Unit Overview: Operating Room handling a variety of surgical specialties including General Surgery, Plastics, ENT, and Robotics.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience required in General Surgery, Plastics, ENT, and Robotic surgery.
Licensure: Active Tennessee (TN) RN license or multi-state compact license required at submittal.
Certifications: Standard operating room clinical certifications (such as AHA BLS and ACLS).
