Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN Circulator) – Mid-Day / Evening Shift

  • Schedule: Day/Evening Shift | 4x10-Hour Shifts | 10:30 – 21:00 | 40 Hours Per Week
    • Call Protocol: On-call coverage required.
    • Weekend Requirement: 4 total weekend shifts per contract (split across two separate weekends).
    • Pre-Approved Time Off: None allowed for this assignment.
    • Orientation Note: 36 non-billable orientation hours (NBO).

Submission Hardstops [STRICT & NON-NEGOTIABLE]

  • Experience Baseline & Specialty Focus [HARDSTOP]: Minimum 2+ years of dedicated Operating Room circulating experience required [HARDSTOP] (Requisition lists 1 year general, but explicitly specifies 2 years of circulator experience). First-time travelers accepted.
  • Clinical Skill Set & Specialty Scope [HARDSTOP]: Must have direct circulating experience across General Surgery, Orthopedics, Ortho/Spine (Total Joints, Spinal Fusion), Thoracic, Urology, Breast/Plastics, GYN, Ophthalmology, and Robotic Surgery [HARDSTOP].
  • Specialized Surgical Equipment Competency [HARDSTOP]: Hands-on experience operating OR surgical equipment including DaVinci DV5 Robot, Stealth Navigation, O-Arm, ION, Hana Table, and Jackson Table [HARDSTOP].
  • State Licensure [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]: Active Oklahoma State RN License or multi-state eNLC Compact RN License [HARDSTOP].
  • Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]:
    • Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification [HARDSTOP].
    • Active AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification [HARDSTOP].
    • Active AHA PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification [HARDSTOP].
