Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room nursing experience required
• Strong broad surgical knowledge across multiple service lines
• Experience in general surgery, GYN, robotics, neuro, orthopedics, plastic surgery, urology, burn, and trauma preferred
• Ability to work variable shifts and participate in call coverage
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented surgical setting
• Ability to adapt to changing case volume and patient needs
• Experience as a travel nurse or surgical RN is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective perioperative nursing care in the operating room
• Assist with a variety of surgical procedures across multiple specialties
• Support surgeons, anesthesiology, and the perioperative team to ensure smooth case flow
• Monitor patients throughout the surgical process and maintain a high standard of care
• Prepare the OR for procedures, including equipment and supplies as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established clinical protocols
• Respond to changing surgical demands while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
• Contribute to a collaborative healthcare team focused on excellent patient outcomes
