Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Nurse in a healthcare facility. This full-time position involves providing intraoperative nursing care in a variety of surgical specialties, primarily focusing on orthopedic, podiatry, hand, spine, craniotomy, general, and urology procedures. The role requires independence in a clinical setting, adherence to patient safety standards, and effective collaboration with surgical teams.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 8-hour shifts from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred; 0 years of experience minimum; BLS certification required; RN License in the state of employment or a compact license.
• Preferred Qualifications: 1 year of experience in operating room nursing or related specialty.
• Certifications: BLS required.
• Additional Information: Position mainly for the designated campus with orthopedic, podiatry, hand, spine, craniotomy, general, and urology procedures. The float campus involves pain, ENT (including pediatric), urology, gynecology, podiatry, general, and some orthopedic cases. On-call duties include 1-2 times per week and every third weekend (Friday through Sunday). Floating between facilities may be required and will be limited to operative cases.
