Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse (RN) position available in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. This role involves providing surgical patient care within a high-volume facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining clinical standards in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

• Location: Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania
• Shift Schedule: Ten hours days (7:00 AM to 5:15 PM) and twelve hours days (7:00 AM to 7:00 PM)
• Duration: 13 weeks with the possibility of extension
• Start Date: 08/17/2026
• Schedule: Days, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Two years of Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse (RN) experience, BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Floating: Floating to surgery center may be required
• Patient Ratio: 1:1
• Number of Beds on Unit: 15
• EMR System: Cerner
• Scrub Color: Hospital provided
• Call Requirement: One to two calls per week, approximately 8-hour call shifts, with an approved rate of $85 per hour
• General Comments: The role is a contractor replacement; blocked scheduling cannot be approved, and 48-hour guarantees are not available
