Compensation & Schedule Details

  • Hours & Shift: Weekend shift option (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday; 36 hours/week).
  • Contract Length: Travel contract (Target Start Date: September 28, 2026).
  • Hiring Process: Profile review with MedSol Clinical followed by a unit manager interview.
  • Distance Rule: Strict 60-mile radius rule; candidate driver's license must be submitted at profile upload. Clinicians must be physically in-state for orientation week.
  • Call & Floating: No standard weekday/weekend call requirements. No floating required.

Key Facility Policies & Unit Scope

  • Unit Overview: 17 surgical suites averaging 35 cases per day on weekdays and 10 on weekends. Charting via Epic. Hospital-provided scrubs.
  • Case Types & Support: Focuses on orthopedic, neurological, general surgery, and trauma cases. Operating room technicians are utilized; scrubbing is not required for RNs.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Prior trauma operating room experience required.
  • Licensure: Active Colorado (CO) RN license or compact state license.
  • Certifications: AHA BLS and AHA ACLS required in hand.
