Job Summary
The operating room (OR) nurse position is based in Lake Havasu City. This role involves working within a community hospital environment that is accredited by the Joint Commission and offers a wide range of surgical cases, including total joints, neuro, ortho spine, robotics, and general surgeries. The position requires providing patient care in a fast-paced, diverse surgical setting, supporting a team of professionals committed to delivering quality healthcare.

Job Details

• Schedule: Day shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week, starting 09/07/2026
• Required Qualifications: Certifications, education requirements, and 0-2 years of experience as an operating room nurse; location in the United States; minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with robotics, neuro, ortho spine, or total joint surgeries is advantageous
• Float: Float rotation may be required within a 25-mile radius of the facility
• Additional Information: The OR team handles a variety of surgical cases including joint replacements, neuro, spine, robotics, OB/GYN, urology, plastics, and general surgeries. The unit is equipped with XI DaVinci robotic surgical systems. Candidate must be adaptable to a busy surgical schedule and prepared for occasional weekend call, which may include weekend surgeries such as XLIF or fractured hip repairs.
