• Weekly Hours: 36 guaranteed hours
• Shift Duration: 12-hour rotating shifts
• Shifts Per Week: Typically 3 shifts per week
• Shift Notes: Variable day shift positions with call coverage
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,130 - $2,250

Job Requirements

• 18 months of Registered Nurse experience required
• Active Montana Registered Nurse license
• American Heart Association BLS certification
• American Heart Association ACLS certification
• Bachelor's degree, Associate degree, or Diploma from an accredited School of Nursing
• Preferred: CNOR certification
• Preferred: 1 year of circulating experience
• Preferred: 1 year of scrub experience
• Must live at least 90 miles away from the facility to be eligible

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in the operating room with a focus on patient safety, quality care, and positive surgical outcomes
• Circulate and/or scrub for surgical procedures based on assignment and perioperative team needs
• Assess patient needs and initiate appropriate interventions throughout the perioperative process
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the perioperative care team
• Deliver patient and family education as appropriate
• Support a safe, efficient, and professional surgical environment
• Demonstrate strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a busy operating room setting
• Follow policies and protocols related to stroke competency, confidentiality, and clinical standards
