Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled circulating nursing care in an ambulatory surgical center operating room environment
- Deliver perioperative nursing care to patients of all ages across a 6-OR surgical suite
- Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio throughout surgical procedures
- Accurately document patient care and clinical information using the Epic EMR system
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Virginia or a valid Compact State license
- Minimum of 2+ years of operating room experience, including vascular and thoracic cases
- Proficiency with Epic EMR (required)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) only
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience as an Operating Room Circulator
- Ambulatory surgical center experience
