Operating Room Clinical Nurse (RN)

Shift Information

Available shifts are as follows:

• 0700-1530
• 0900-1730
• 1100-1930
• 1500-2300
• 2300-0730

Shifts include rotating weekends and holidays, as well as on-call requirements.

Minimum Experience

2 years of Operating Room experience required.

Certifications and Requirements

• Valid Ohio nursing license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association

Summary of Responsibilities

The Operating Room Clinical Nurse will be responsible for the following:

• Ability to circulate and scrub across multiple service lines which include General, GYN, ENT, Plastics, Vascular, Orthopedics, Ophthalmology, Neurology, Pediatrics, Thoracic, and Robotics.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of OR experience
• Valid Ohio nursing license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications

• Level I trauma experience
• Certification as a Nurse Operating Room (CNOR)

Physical Environment and Requirements

The candidate must possess the physical capacity to:

• Sit, stand, stoop, bend, and walk throughout the day
• Lift, push, and pull up to 250 lbs with assistance
