Job Responsibilities
Assist surgeons during surgical procedures
Maintain a sterile surgical field
Prepare the operating room before procedures
Position and prepare patients for surgery
Assist with tissue handling, suturing, retracting, and hemostasis as appropriate
Monitor patient safety throughout the procedure
Ensure operating room cleanliness before, during, and after surgery
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the surgical team
Document patient care accurately
