Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Operating Room team. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of circulatory practices and demonstrate exceptional patient care skills.

Shift Information

• Schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 days a week
• Shift Timing: 06:45 AM - 03:15 PM
• On-call Rotation: 1-2 days per week, sharing responsibilities with all circulators
• Weekend Requirements: 1 weekend every 4-6 weeks

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with patient care in the Operating Room, ensuring safety and adherence to protocols.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to provide optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient vitals and manage pre-operative and post-operative care.
• Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee or compact nursing license required.
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a circulator nurse; PACU experience is a plus.
• Travel experience is required.
