Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Operating Room team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care within the surgical environment and contribute to excellent patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the operating room before, during, and after surgical procedures.
• Monitor patients' conditions and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
• Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare team members.
• Ensure adherence to safety and infection control protocols.
• Document patient care activities accurately and comprehensively.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Previous experience in an operating room setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

This position requires 36 hours per week, consisting of three 12-hour shifts.
