Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced OR RN for a Surgery position requiring Ortho, Neuro, and Trauma experience, with mandatory call responsibilities.

Details

• Hospital operating room setting, Surgery department
• Day/Evening shifts, 5x8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday with rotating schedules and start times between 0600 and 2030
• On-call is mandatory, with a minimum of 1 night per week and 1 weekend per schedule block, with potential for additional call based on facility need

Requirements

• Active CA RN license required
• Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and PALS (all American Heart Association)
• Minimum 3 years of OR specialty experience required
• Experience in Orthopedic, Neurological, and Trauma surgery required
• Active, unrestricted license with no prior hits or restrictions
• Two supervisor references required: one from within the past year and one from within the past two years
• Date of birth, middle name, and SSN required for consideration

Additional Information

• Candidates must have worked in the OR specialty within the last 3 months to be considered
• RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days for this assignment
• OR-specific skills checklist completed within the past year is required
