Job Summary: Operating Room (OR) Nurse in a healthcare facility setting. Job Details:
Schedule: Rotating shift, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; current Massachusetts RN license; OR nursing experience preferred; BLS certification required, ACLS certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire
Additional Information: Conducts patient assessments, prepares sterile supplies and instruments, maintains sterile fields, and assists with patient positioning and transfer during surgery. Ensures accurate documentation, collaborates with surgical team members, and promotes patient safety and infection control practices.
