Job Summary Operating Room (OR) Specialist Pediatric Surgery, located at a healthcare provider. This position involves providing specialized surgical nursing care within the pediatric operating room environment. Candidates with a background in neuro, orthopedic, ENT, general, or eye surgeries are preferred.
Job Details
Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree, Location, and Experience: Current Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and charge experience required; relevant OR experience of at least 2 years in pediatric or general surgery settings preferred.
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8-hour shifts, minimum 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities include assisting in pediatric surgeries with neuro, orthopedic, ENT, general, and eye specialties, ensuring adherence to all safety and clinical protocols, and documenting care in electronic health records (EHR).
Candidates should have OR experience, with scrub skills preferred but not mandatory.
Additional information: Must be available to start on 10/26/2026 and work through 01/23/2027.
