Job Summary:
The Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse (RN) position is located in Johnson City, New York. This role involves providing comprehensive perioperative care to patients undergoing surgical procedures. The OR RN is responsible for patient assessment, preparation, and ensuring a safe and effective surgical environment. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic clinical setting with a focus on patient safety and quality care.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Rotating shifts, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid New York State Registered Nurse License; BLS Certification (AHA, HSI, or American Red Cross); Six (6) months to three (3) years of RN experience; EPIC experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous clinical nursing experience in an acute care or ambulatory setting; CCRN certification; relevant skills certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or TNCC.
• Additional Information: The RN will be responsible for assisting in a variety of surgical specialties including General, Gynecology, Urology, ENT, Orthopedics, and Robotics, with trauma surgery experience preferred but not required. The role includes acting as a charge nurse and circulator during scheduled shifts, with support from multiple call teams and leadership. The start date for this position is August 17, 2026.
